Devils Race Track

One of our favorite hobbies is to ride dirt bikes and 4-wheelers. Papa and grandma came down for Mother's Day and then stayed the night so we could go on a dirt biking "adventure" on Monday. Heath and my dad had gone riding the week before out to the Devils race track and had such a good time that we all decided to do it.
I am sure that I am going to be being some 50cc dirt bikes in the near future. My kids, are addicted to motorcycles!
Riker doesn't have all the gear yet, so he wears a bicycle helmet and sun glasses. He is so patient when his glasses (that are too big) slide down, he just waits for someone to notice and push them back up!

This is us on top of Dutchmans Arch. It was amazing. You could see for miles.

This is papa and grandma! We stopped to have lunch by Swayze's cabin and found this cool little cubby in the rock. What better place to have a picnic.

This is inside the Ice Box. I can see how the pioneers kept things cool. It was a little chilly in there!

The kids eating there sandwhiches in the little cubby. They thought this was the neatest thing.

Heath and my dad standing in front of Swayze's Cabin. I am not sure how the pioneers did it, but I am sure thankful for my house and all my worldy possesions.
Riker also found himself a furry little friend. A MOUSE! It was dead and he picked it up, so I screamed and he screamed for about 10 minutes. I scared him half to death.
This is our little Pnut and her riding get up! She couldn't part with her blanket, so grandma decied to improvise and put it up under her helmet so she could suck it while she rode. She is sure the 4-wheelin princess in this seat.

This is Eagles Canyon, it is under I-70. These bridges are about 300ft above us.
It was so amazingly beautiful.

This is our latest adventure! I hope that we soon have more to share with you and that I can get them posted as soon as our next adventure arrives.

VIVA "Next" Vegas

Heath had a few extra days off work, so we decided to take the kids to "next" Vegas. We had a really fun time and Paislee is still talking about all the exciting adventures we had while in "next" Vegas, as she calls it. We also had a really fun suprise when we arrived in Vegas, grandpa and grandma decided to go down for a few days too. The weather was a little chilly, but that didn't stop my munchkins from wanting ice cream. They enjoyed their ice cream and people watched!

Heath had this brilliant idea that we weren't staying too far from the main strip. After our first night of walking the strip, Heath decided that it would be just as fast to walk back to the condo as it would be to wait for the shuttle. After walking 8 miles and 2 hours later, we finally made it back to the condo. We did get to see the famous Las Vegas sign on our walk!

We walked passed this mime about a dozen times and half the time Riker thought he was cool and the other half he was scared to death of him. He was probably the coolest mime I have ever seen.

We visited the Harley Davidson restaurant with grandma and grandpa!

We also went to the Tournament of Kings. It was alot of fun. That was the nicest meal out with kids we have ever had. The munchkins didn't make a peep and they ate all there food.

Welcome Spring!

I can't believe how fast the time goes. I knew it has been a while since I blogged, but didn't realize it has been this LONG! So there will be a few post tonight to catch up on the fun we have been having at the Weber Ranch!

On one of the few and far between nice days, our kids enjoyed a nice horse back ride on Skeeter. Horse back riding turns into a day long excersion at our house. Once the kids get on the horse, we have to pry them off!

Paislee has taken on the task of being our gardner. She gets very upset when she forgets to go out and water first thing in the morning.

Riker helping water the garden. So far, we have our onions, peas, radishes, and carrots planted. This year we are going to try and plant our corn in front of the pasture. Hopefully it grows and we have lots of it!

Riker loves to help water my flowers and bushes, although they do have sprinklers to them. It is alot more fun to water them by hand and take lots of drinks from the hose.
We have been very busy and having lots of fun. We hope you are having fun too!
